Lost something at a festival or event?
Don’t panic. If you are still on site, please speak to the event’s lost property or information team first. Many items are returned during the event itself.
If you have already left the event, register your item using the form below. Once remaining lost property is transferred to Luggage-Point after the show, we log the items, check them against reported losses and contact guests where a match is found.
Items will only appear in the searchable database once they have been received and processed by Luggage-Point.

We check for a match
Once items are handed over to Luggage-Point and logged, we compare them against submitted reports and contact you if we believe your item has been found. -
Arrange the return
If your item is matched, we’ll confirm the details with you and explain the available return options, including secure postage where required.

Items from Festival Republic shows (State Fayre, Crystal Palace Park and Gunnersbury Park) are uploaded after the event. You can register your item lost by filling in the form below, or post event, you can search our live database by clicking the "Find My Item" button.

Report My Item Lost
Retrieval Costs
£5 handling fee for low-value items (e.g., umbrellas, unbranded sunglasses, etc.) and £10 for higher-value items (phones, tablets, etc.).
Retrieval Options
Items can be claimed with zero fees at the event itself. Ask event staff for lost property information
If an item is claimed, but cannot be collected at the event, the following options are available:
1.) Nominated Collection – If you can arrange for a friend/relative to pick up your lost item(s) from our offices, let us know who they are and when they will be in, and on satisfactory production of an appropriate form of ID (passport/driver’s licence), we can authorise the release of your item to that person.
2.) Shipping – If collection cannot be arranged, Luggage-Point can send positively identified item(s) to any address through our Shipping service. Items can be sent to you, either home or abroad, subject to shipping costs, which will be quoted to you.
3.) Storage – If collection and shipping are not the options for you, Luggage-Point can store your lost item(s) in our secure storage facilities for an additional period of 42 days for a standard fee of £5 per day (Maximum fee £50, including retrieval costs).
