Since I started to work for Luggage-Point in 2014, I have met and helped thousands of people and made a real difference in their experiences at the airport. I started out as a base manager growing a new airport base and after two years gained promotion to become the National Manager.
I joined Luggage-Point in June 2017 and the directors quickly saw my potential and created the position of National Trainer for me. A great reward to train new starters and see how well they do and progress.
I started working for Luggage-Point just over a year ago and can honestly say I love my job! The company have allowed me to progress my role and supported me in my development of this. I enjoy working with a great bunch of people and always feel included and respected!
I started my career at Luggage-Point in April 2016 as the Office Administrator. I enjoy the fast paced and varied work environment and I can truly say that no one day is the same.
I thrive on the challenge of being a detective and solving the daily challenge of finding customer's items of lost property. I have had the opportunity to work at Stansted Airport (night shift). This provided a valuable insight into the daily operations of the business.
I am now the business manager and oversee the daily running of the admin and customer service team at Head Office.

As one of the first call centre advisors, I have had the ability to grow with the call centre. This has allowed me the opportunity to take on more roles and responsibilities to develop the skills to be the Customer Service Manager.
